Q: Can I get married in Hong Kong if I am an overseas resident?
You can get married in Hong Kong if you are over 16 years old and unmarried. Please arrange the Civil Celebrant to prepare your Notice of Intended Marriage for you to sign outside Hong Kong before a Notary Public in your country. Send back the signed Notice so that the Civil Celebrant could file the Notice on your behalf. Fly to Hong Kong a few days before the wedding.
Q: How can I make a wedding appointment?
You can email to info@rtlaw.com.hk or call 852-25212711 to make an appointment . Once the instruction is confirmed and all the supporting documents received, we would invite you to attend our office in person to discuss wedding plans & sign the application papers. Please bring along your Hong Kong identity cards, passports with valid visas.
